Pilot-stage terms. Lunde is currently pre-MVP. By joining the waitlist or participating in the pilot, you agree to the terms below.
1. Pilot access
Access to the Lunde pilot is provided on an as-is, evolving basis. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we build toward our official launch. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability during the pilot.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Lunde only with data you are authorised to process and in compliance with applicable law. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you connect. We process aggregate macro-metrics on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and never claim ownership of your underlying data.
4. Limitation of liability
During the pilot, Lunde is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Lunde is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the pilot.
