Privacy by structure. Lunde processes aggregate-level macro parameters. We do not collect, process, or store Personally Identifiable Information (PII) inside your data warehouse layer.
1. What we process
Lunde ingests aggregate marketing performance data — spend, impressions, and conversion macro-metrics — from the sources you connect. We never request, ingest, or persist row-level customer records, email addresses, or other PII.
2. Account information
When you join the pilot waitlist or create an account, we store the contact details you provide (such as your work email and company name) solely to administer access, send service communications, and respond to support requests.
3. Data residency
Aggregate metrics and account data are processed and stored within localised EU data centers. We do not transfer your data outside the EEA without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
4. Your rights
